My fiancé and I weren’t expecting to buy last year but Jenny made it happen for us. At the beginning, Jenny introduced us to multiple loan officers since we were interested in applying for the CALFHA grant. She was patient and checked-in with us frequently working with our situation. We ended up landing a great loan officer to which Jenny kept open and constant communication to get the loan pre-approved. We looked at about 7 homes until we found the home we wanted. It was in a competitive area where bidders were already coming by after 1-day being posted on the market! Jenny worked her magic and landed the offer at asking for us. I always thought escrow was this scary process, but her expertise, attention-to-detail and persistence to get this home for us made it seamless. From offer to keys, she made the close in 2 & 1/2 weeks. Unheard of, I know, but that’s what makes Jenny special. You won’t be disappointed because she fights for her buyers.
