We also selected together new kitchen flooring, going countless times with me to the store. She took care of all of our needs and was very, very patient. She stepped in to support me in so many ways because I could no longer depend on my ailing husband. We are so grateful for all she did...her resourcefulness, talent in design and experience with remodeling and having s supply of workers contributed to us getting top dollar for our home. Jeanette was meticulous in her due diligence and constantly reassessing the metrics and marketing. She interfaced with plumbers and companies and set up appointments with repairmen for us. What a gift. I relied on her guidance and expertise in all areas of the sale. I could never have done the repairs and refurbishing necessary for the sale of our home. Serendipitously, the new owners love our home and all the improvements and are very happy in our neighborhood. We would highly recommend Jeanette as a competent, caring professional.
