Jeanette is someone who listens to you, cares about your concerns, and is super flexible to adjust with your obstacles and new ideas in your househunting journey! We had so much fun learning about the neighborhood with Jeanette, and our little boys love her so much that are still asking about her :-) She talked with us like a family member and tried to understand all our limitations and criteria to find our favorite house. We finally managed to find a house within our budget and although the house has minor issues--because of our budget!--but We were guided well with Jeanette to not to compromise on location (right?!)! We're pleased with our new neighborhood, and have plans to improve the house and invest in it as soon as we could; we know it'll pay it back and it's worth spending! That's the benefit of having an agent who understands the #1 trick with buying a house: LOCATION!
