Once we found our prefect home, Jeanette had to negotiate with the seller's agent who had two other offers for the property. To our disbelief, Jeanette managed to have the seller sign our purchase agreement with favorable terms. Jeanette even coordinated the property inspector, title agent, mortgage banker and the seller's attorney to close. Needleless to say, we are more than pleased with the above and beyond service.
