My wife and I recently purchased a home in Eustis with the assistance of Spouses with Houses. What should have been a straight forward transaction turned into a near disaster. The seller was trying to negotiate the process with no competent assistance. I will not go into detail but this deal could have easily fallen apart with a significant loss of time and money. Jeanette, Linda and other staff showed patience and kindness (toward the seller) and assisted her as much as ethically possible while not taking advantage or her.
