She was patient, thoughtful, considerate, always in our corner and extremely responsive no matter the question or concern. She connected us with a wonderful attorney and a meticulous home inspector when the purchasing process was underway. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jeannette was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding the right home than she was on closing a deal. We worked with Jeanette Cortinas to buy a house in the Chicago area while we were living in California. Jeanette was accommodating and helpful throughout and frequently provided us with useful information during the (long distance!) home-buying process.
