From the initial contact Jean was giving us houses to look at and then adjusting her search as she got familiar with our likes and dislikes. When we started to visit the houses she arranged a shortlist and visit schedule and when we decided on the one we wanted she led us through all the processes involved from inspection to walk through to possession.
