Jean & Team got the job done! We listed our Lehi rental property that consisted of a house and in-law apartment in February 2023 and three days later accepted a full price offer. Her team did a great job pricing the property. We knew pricing would be challenging given the lack of comparable properties and given the nine months of rising interest rates.
