We have sold two homes with Jean Tanner as our agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. On our most recent sale, we needed a plumber to effect a repair so that we could meet our schedule. Jean referred us to a competent plumber who came out and did the repair within hours. Jean also found several contractual errors in the contract for our new home purchase from a “for sale by owner” purchase. The sellers used another title company. Jean noted an oversight in the recording of our new home and corrected it. I found that Jean has a stellar reputation as I talk with her colleagues, support people and friends. Things are always under control and pleasant with Jean involved.

I was very impressed by Jean's dream team, in which each member of the team expertly specialized in a specific task, such as setting up the listing, setting up showing appointments, negotiating with other agents, writing and countering purchase contracts, preparing all of the closing documents, and then helping us in the actual closing. Now I wonder how any single agent is able to do all of that in other agencies without a strong support team like Jean Tanner has.
