Jean and her team of assistants were very knowledgeable and proficient in helping me sell my home. They led me through the process and kept me informed of what was next. Jean did an excellent job of setting the list price and helping to determine the best offer for the home. Since the market was so active she suggested that I be completely moved out before listing the home so the home was available to be shown by other realtors to potential buyers without needing an appointment with me. My home was listed on Monday and by Friday I had 3 good offers to chose from. When I met with Jean and her assistant they had a zoom call arranged so I could have some of my adult children help me select the offer we wanted to accept. My children and I were able to review pdf files of each offer before we met with Jean. Jean explained what she thought was the best solid offer and what she wanted in the contract. My son who is an accountant had selected the same offer. The closing and funding on my home was only 4 weeks from the time it was listed. I was very pleased with the whole process and the final sale price of my home. Jean and her team were very respectful and courteous to me, a widowed senior citizen that did not know a lot about selling a home. Allowing 2 of my adult children to help in the process was reassuring to me as I made decisions about the sale.
The selling of my parents home following the recent passing of our mother , was a very emotional time. I had been acquainted with Jean many years prior and knew of her outstanding reputation in the real estate world. We were thrilled that the Summit Realty team represented us. Jean and team understood the emotional difficulty presented to us and gave unending support. In getting the house prepared to list she was able to provide outstanding referrals for window cleaners, roofers, carpet cleaners, thorough cleaning etc…it looked great! During the entire selling process….short as it was (2weeks)…there was constant communication with my brothers and me. I was at our Florida home much of the process but received texts, FaceTime calls, etc .
