Jean is the best! As a first time home buyer I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She walked me through the entire process, always kind, pragmatic and never pushy. Giving me access to information and asking questions I would have never thought to ask. When anything unexpected arose she was on it super fast. She always made me feel like I was top priority no matter how busy she was. Jean used her knowledge and community connections to get things done as needed. She truly listened to me, was extremely patient with me- and did everything in her power to help me realize my dreams.
