Jean Scott is hands down, the most amazing real estate agent we have ever worked with. When we first contacted Jean, we were debating whether or not to rent vs. buy and we started our rental search with Jean. She professionally explained the pros and cons of renting vs. buying, and took us to look at rental options, not ever pushing us to buy (that in itself was so refreshing). When we decided we were going to start looking at houses to buy instead of rent, she again showed us our options. Jean really understood what we were looking for and always gave us her unbiased, professional opinion. She made the scary process of buying a house so simple and straight forward, we were beyond impressed. Jean has a knack for detail, she will always tell you like it is, and she's incredibly, always available. When we called, she answered. When we emailed, she replied right away- even at 5 in the morning. When we found a house we loved and it was time to negotiate, she fought for us. She's the agent you want to represent you, for sure. We are so thankful our paths crossed with Jean. When we're ready to sell our house and move into a new one, we will definitely be working with Jean again. Can't recommend her enough!

Jean is an exceptional realtor who my wife and I have used for not only the recent sale of our home, but we engaged her services previously on the sale of our last home and the purchase of a new home. This alone should speak volumes to her professionalism and ability to work well with both buyers and sellers. She is fully knowledgeable of the local market and worked with us to set the price point where it needed to be and to avoid having it on the market for a long period. She does her homework. Jean works with you to bring your house up to the condition needed for a sale. She doesn't miss anything. She also has the resources to assist you with getting the home ready for sale and is very diligent on every aspect of the selling process. We had already moved out of the house and without Jean's diligence, I'm not sure everything would have gone as well. We would highly recommend Jean Scott for both buying and selling your home.
