We were very concerned of the purchasing process as it was the first time we were buying an house. Mr. Rousseau was very patient and found simple terms to explain every steps of the transactions. He was very gentle, polite, flexible and available every time we needed him. He answered within 2 hours of any inquiry. If he doesn't have responses to our questions, he found the exact person who can help us. Mr. Rousseau masters the real estate field by his knowledge of the procedures.
