Jean was very patient and stayed with my situation for over a year. She carefully reviewed my home and she made common sense and effective recommendations on inspections, repairs, appraisals and staging. Once the home was staged, her company produced beautiful photos of the property. Jean was very responsive and kept the process moving forward. Once the home had gone onto the market, it had an offer within 24 hours and a contract within 48. Jean was there immediately if I had any urgent issues. Throughout the process she was patient, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The house closed on schedule.

With me being a young man with a family and a first time home buyer, I was always worried of making the wrong decision pertaining to buying a home. But Jean made everything work in favor for me and my family. She read all documentation and explained terms that neither my wife nor I could understand. If something That was read didn’t make sense, she would say “don’t sign that until I get clarification”. Those words gave me surety that she cared and that is always a blessing. Because of a job hiring delay, my house buying process took a complete stop for over a year. That didn’t stop Jean from helping us. She would continue to send potential homes as well as calling to check on my family. With my wife being a teacher, she was able to give guidance for school hirings and great locations for child care. Because of Jeans’s consistency, dedication, and patience, not only did we buy a great home, but also an environment to provide my daughter a safe place to grow. For that, I will forever be greatful.
