Excellent experience with selling & buying

I used Jean to sell my old home & purchase a new one. She was with me every step of the way in getting my old home ready for sale, working with other agents of potential buyers for showing times and the process of closing the sale of my old home & completing the purchase of my new home on the same day. She also went to bat for me when an HVAC company came back with a large bid for repairs, per the buyers request, for my old home. I wound up only having to pay a fraction of what they initially bid. I couldn't have asked for a better overall result than what I got.
