His high recommendation and our interview with David convinced us that David was the perfect agent for us and this transaction. David had comps for us to review prior to setting the price. He quickly had a sign in our yard so that potential buyers knew the house would be for sale soon. David’s team was a dream to work with. We appreciate everyone in the process.
