After our daughter used Jean to sell and purchase her home, my wife and I went through Jean in our pursuit of our vacation home. It took us over a year to successfully land our dream river cabin at a price could afford, but Jean was especially helpful during negotiations. Additionally, I applaud her for going WAY out of her way (2 hours outside of her "normal" area) to show us what ended up being our dream cabin in the remote cascade mountain (with little notice on a Saturday no less). Although this was a unique market and outside of the area she was most familiar with, Jean was always willing to do her research, hit the road, and help us find our own little slice of paradise. I would highly recommend Jean as an agent, Jean was my agent when I bought my house, I first met her when I wandered into an open house one day and Jean was very knowledgeable about the community as well as the surrounding communities. She was ALWAYS available to speak with, returning my calls within the hour. As my buying agent, she had so much good advice when I was looking for my new home, she held my hand and walked me through the negotiation process, thanks to Jean I got a great deal on my new home. So naturally years later when I decided to sell it, I called Jean without hesitation. Now as my selling agent, she did not let me down. Once again, Jean had excellent advice and knowledge. She had great advice on what I should do to get my house “market ready” without costing me and arm and a leg, she staged the house beautifully and had professional photographer take the listing photos, needless to say my house sold quickly and I was able to get my full asking price. It's hard to sum up out great Jean is as a person and as a real estate agent. She is the consummate professional and knowledgeable beyond belief about all aspects of a home-buying/selling process - and that includes providing us one of the best home inspectors we've ever worked with. The immediacy with which she answered every one of our questions was a superb service to us as we were on a strict timeline for finding a home. I felt she had our back at every turn and that was an important aspect of our professional relationship since both my husband and I work full-time and we have a 3-year-old - we needed someone there who paid attention to detail. She didn't miss a thing. I wouldn't just recommend working with Jean, I would recommend the industry find a way to clone her or at the very least look to her as an example for all real estate agents.
