Jean Buckwell is an AMAZING real estate agent. I was looking for a realtor through the Realtor app, and Jean immediately stood out to me. She was so prompt in responding to my initial email with a phone call. As a first time homebuyer who is purchasing from another state, Jean was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the buying process. If I had a question, she had a prompt answer. If she didn't know (which was rare), she found out and got back you in like less than 24 hrs. Jean also really nailed our preferences and pointed out the subtle pros and cons of the homes we viewed in our search. Ultimately, Jean exceeded all of our expectations. If we ever move again locally in the Hartford area, I'm using Jean again. If you're moving in Hartford, you should use Jean too.
