We first contacted Jean to assist us with finding a house for our daughter when the market was sizzling hot and homes were selling as soon as they came onto the market. She stayed on it and we got a nice home in good neighborhood, and she helped us negotiate a better price. She also helped in negotiating with the seller to repair items on the building inspection report as well. When time came to sell we went back to Jean since she did a swell job and we were not disappointed again. Jean set a good price on the house, helped us with repairs and maintenance issues which were above and beyond her duties as an agent, and found a buyer with whom she again negotiated a better price for us. Once again she negotiated with the buyer this time to get items on the inspection report resolved in our favor. Jean knows the market and values, pays attention to detail, is dedicated to her clients, and is a great negotiator.
