For instance, he brought his team to our house to help move furniture before the open house. He also connected us with a painter who charged a very reasonable rate for painting the entire property. He also coordinated us with a stager who offered some helpful ideas to prepare for the open house. Jean was by our side every step of the way, even when some challenges arose with the buyer. Our house sold on the first day, above the asking price. If you’re looking for the best agent out there, you absolutely want Jean Andrade and his team on your side.
