Jea Lanza

This was a rental home in a not so great neighborhood. House was in "as is" condition which made it very difficult to sell. Jea got several contracts and we finally closed after 3 months. With the Coronovirus situation, it limited the number of buyers that could qualify for a mortgage. House needs a complete re-hab. Plumbing, electrical, all appliances and rip out bathrooms and kitchen. I highly recommend Jea as she was relentless getting this house sold. Will use her when we sell our main house next year. Best thing about Jea was her attention to communication which was important to me.
