My wife and I tried to circumvent the system and do a "for sale by owner". We soon found out that the real estate companies in the area have a little mafia going on and our house was black-holed. We searched around, did a lot research, and talked to many different realtors that were more than happy to "help" but none seemed genuine except for JD and Logan. They made it feel as if you had friends in the business and a way to break through the real estate "mafia" problem that has plagued that area. JD's slogan of "Changing the reputation of the real estate industry" is spot on. They consistently kept our best interest at the forefront.
