Top Notch experience with a top notch professional ! nBrad gave me specific information on process, timing and probable outcome and he was totally accurate right down to the smallest detail ! nI highly recommend Brad and Allison and the rest of his staff for a highly efficient and effective sale !

DJ handled this property very professionally, & he was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He is knowledgeable about the market & thorough with the paperwork.

We had the pleasure of working with Carie Banuelos at the Bergamini Group in the purchase of our retirement home in Prescott Valley. We'd purchased several houses over the years and had never hired a buyer's agent before to represent us, but we're so glad we did this time! Carie has a wealth of knowledge about the Prescott/Prescott Valley market and area. She was able to answer all of our questions and if she didn't know an answer, she knew who to call to find out, and always followed up promptly with information that we needed. Her communication skills are outstanding; she kept us informed and up to date during every phase of the entire process, and when we finally found our house, was able to negotiate with the seller so we ended up with more than we believed possible. All of the staff at the Bergamini Group that we worked with were professional, detail-oriented, and really a delight to work with which streamlined the process, and we were able to close on the exact day that we were promised on day one. You will not be disappointed if you choose Carie to represent you, she is a true buyer's agent, and we highly recommend her!

I reside in California and was looking to relocate / purchase a home in Prescott Valley to be near my father. I had no referrals for a realtor. I actually found the Bergamini Group on Yelp. The number of positive reviews trumped all others in the area. I know from prior real estate transactions that a good realtor is a MUST. n nI called the office and set up an appointment to meet with Randy Riesberg during the time that I would be in the area to preview homes. From the start, I knew Randy would be great. He has expansive knowledge of the area, inventory and future growth plans. Randy really listened to what I was looking for in my new home. Listening to a customer's needs seems like a simple concept but many do not grasp this concept! n nWorking with Randy was like working with a family member. I immediately felt at ease with him. Ultimately, Randy helped find the perfect fit for me. To top it off, it wasn't even in an area that I 'thought' was the one for me from all of my online real estate searches. n nThis review is very long overdue as my transaction closed last October. I would recommend Rand Riesberg and the Bergamini Group to anyone local or not as the number one choice to assist in their real estate transactions. n nA huge thank you for making the process of buying a home out of state absolutely seamless.

Allison Grace of the Bergamini Group has been an extraordinary positive asset to me from the first day I worked with her in October 2015 and throughout a challenging year-plus. nAlthough I found the property quickly with Allison, I went through hell waiting for house to be built since it went way beyond the normal slow build. Builder was fired twice, then sued. n nAllison has guided me through every detail of the process — and there have been hundreds. nShe also has been a consummate professional while supporting and calming my emotional frustrations. nI value her time immensely so was enormously grateful for her patience when I was venting - at the situation, never at her. n nAllison is smart, articulate and gets answers quickly, and accurately. She does what she says she will and follows up immediately with any request. nShe smiles and is a friendly and attractive person, but has plenty of substance. nIt was easy and a pleasure to work with her. nI knew Allison was an asset the first day I worked with her and after a year-plus, I continue my high praise of her. nWhat a relief and blessing that I was matched with Allison when I called the Bergamini firm. n nLeslie Sorg Ramsay nPrescott AZ

Carie found out what type of house we wanted and the size of the lot we wanted. She found a property she knew we would like and contacted me immediately with the information on the property. We were in escrow within a week and closed escrow fast. We highly recommend Carie and her team at Bergamini Realty. Thank You!

We worked with Seth Marquardt and he is very professional and stayed on top of the process and checking in with us on the sale of our Los angles. He helped us find a beautiful house in Prescott. He impressed us with his listening and caring about our needs. I would use Seth to buy or sell a house. Seth in our book is a 10 out of 10.

Carie Banuelos at the Bergamini Group was our agent on a piece of property we bought. She was so amazing and kept me on top of getting our documents in, in a timely manner. She got out deal closed quickly and was always so helpful.

To start with, can I just say thank you so very much Sarah. The decision to purchase my home was a spur of the moment decision due to other circumstances, and Sarah didn't hesitate to hit the road running. She introduced me to an amazing mortgage broker and a team of three we made! I was pre approved and my journey began. We had a plan and then I changed it on a whim of a notice and she was so gracious and willing to accommodate my request. We were going to go out looking at houses on a Tuesday and I was working Thursday night and had found a place I wanted to see asap. I was so excited, because she said let's do it! Friday morning, we were texting back and forth, I was giving her addresses and she was setting up viewings, it was awesome. One day out, I found my dream home, and I put an offer in and it was excepted ??. From that day forward, Sarah had walked me through the process step by step, explaining everything. If I didn't understand, she explained it in other ways until I did. She made my home buying experience calm, smooth and stress free. She was prompt, kind, sincere and just plain amazing through my whole journey. Thank you Sarah, I have already been sharing my story and recommending them to contact you for your help in their journey to purchase or sell their home. I know others are going to have the same experience as I did, because you genuinely enjoy helping people find their happiness!! Sincerely, Leslie??

We had a very good experience with them. This is the fifth house that we have purchased, and Carie Banuelos is the most responsive realtor we have ever worked with. Kay and John

Awesome group of experts. From home showings to negotiations to understanding of all the requirements they were outstanding. I would highly recommend them. A very special thanks to Carie Banuelos for finding me the perfect house and guidance through the never dull closing!

Very happy with Karen and I would recommend her to our friends in the future. Being out of town from Calif when she found a house she would video tape for us to see before we take the 6 hr trip to look at it.
