We have listed our vacant lot and bought our first home with Jazz. She was extremely knowledgeable about both processes, and very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Jazz was great to work with and patient, showing us dozens of houses until we found the right one. We highly recommend her.

Jazz Mateja made buying a home for the first time a smooth process. Jazz did not try to sell the first house we saw, on the contrary, she paid attention to detail and gave us feedback/advice to help us make our decision. She was very patient and provided lists of homes that matched what we were looking for and expanded our options by offering homes in locations we had not thought about. When buying our house, she went back and forth to ensure that we were able to negotiate the price and get a good deal. Jazz was easy to reach out to and always replied in a timely manner. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process and broke down every step to make sure we understood everything as first time home owners.
