We had tried to see our home a couple years ago with a different agent, who had the listing for over a year. Not only did we not get it sold but barely had any traffic despite multiple open houses. So when it came time to sell again, we listed with Jayson, and his team. From the very beginning it was a totally different experience. First class all the way. He explained his plans for marketing our house, as well as recommendations for getting our home ready for our open house. We followed his recommendations, and we had 1 open house on a Saturday, 3 days after the listing went online.
