Jay helped us not only buy our home, but then, 5 years later, also sell it. In addition, he helped us buy another house when we decided to buy up. Jay is patient and explains the process the entire way. He was always responsive when I had a question and helped to weigh out pros and cons through any critical juncture in the transactions. We don't plan on buying or selling again anytime soon, but if we did, we would not hesitate to contact Jay. He will always be our realtor as long as we are in Colorado.
