I went through three other realtors before contacting Jayson, but I knew I was finally in good hands once I found Jayson. Jayson always made himself available to tour homes with me or on facetime since I did not live in the area. Making an informed decision became challenging at times since I was also “emotionally” invested in buying a home, but having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Jayson's responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. If he didn't have the answer to my thousands of questions, he was working to find the answer. My appreciation for Jayson grew more while under contract. He put so much time and effort into walking me through the entire process and attended any critical events, such as the inspection and walkthrough. Jayson was always one step ahead of everyone, organized, and constantly worked behind the scenes. He sent me a calendar with important dates and continuously checked in to provide his assistance and check on my progress. Jayson's very calm and confident demeanor allowed me to trust him fully. I started to call Jayson during high-stress moments with the mortgage approval, and he always found a way to help calm me down and become more optimistic. There are no words to describe how Jayson set the standard so high. I was so nervous about purchasing a home alone, but I never felt alone with Jayson as my realtor. He was by my side through the entire process, and I couldn't thank him enough for all of the assistance and support he provided me with. I still keep and will continue to stay in touch with Jayson. I consider him a good friend now, and I will never forget all he has done to help me with my first home. From a very particular single first-time homeowner, I highly recommend Jayson, and I can say with 100% confidence you will NOT have any regrets.

I started looking for homes on my own 6 months ago later I was pre-approved and was given an agent recommended by lender. I was going nowhere really fast he would send me property's that I knew would not get approved by V A ( I'm a Veteran ) he would take me to see houses that were not even close to what I want it. But God had a plan, by pure chance I got in contact with Jayson Davis told him how I felt about my agent and hat I was looking to replace him and I did. I call Jayson and told him he was my new agent/broker to purchase a new home for my family. He did not waste my time, he quickly found houses on the market that were great for me. Unfortunately the market is brutal and a few of the offers were rejected but my guy did not give up on the 3rd offer he went to town for me and guess what I got the house now I'm working on a few details to make it my forever home.
