I was new to the area so I had a family friend look up real estate agents in the Jupiter area through a national reality search. Jayne Sanders worked with me to initially find my husband and me an apartment. Once my husband and I had moved from out-of-state and settled in the Jupiter area, Jayne helped us find a home. Jayne Sanders knows the Jupiter area very well. Based on my husband and my job locations, Jayne helped zone in on areas to look for housing. At the same time, she took into consideration our thoughts and suggestion about housing location and house requirements. When it came time to put an offer in, Jayne made good suggestions on offer, what to/not to put in the contract, and had connections to mortgage brokers, home inspectors, etc to make the buying process very smooth.
