Jayne was prompt in her responses and was extremely helpful to me in my home buying experience, from showing the house right up to the closing. She answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.
Jayne Hutchings is probably the most attentive real estate professional that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I contacted other brokers regarding the property I viewed on Zillow and the only one who took an interest and responded was Jayne. She submitted my offer and several hours later it was accepted!!!!
Jayne's warmth and care for her clients is matched only by her deep knowledge of the Hudson Valley's and the Catskill's diverse nooks and neighborhoods. House hunting can be a highly stressful experience. She makes it a more pleasant one.
Jayne Hutchings, was a pleasure to deal with, Interested, responsive and pragmatic, I will continue to use her professional services, for future sales and/or purchases. Thank you.
