I found Jayme through the recommendation of a mutual friend, and she helped us move to Marshall from a few hours away. We started our home search by doing a couple marathon showing Saturdays, where Jayme was such a sport driving all around the wider Asheville area with us. Due to the distance from our previous home and the fast pace of the market, we ended up changing tactics and Jayme did a number of showings without us, videoing and sending us notes after. This was a huge leap of faith, but we had developed a rapport I felt I could trust. Jayme knew what we wanted, what was highest priority and where we may be willing to compromise. We ended up purchasing a home we had only seen in her videos and it’s been a dream. Jayme and her team came to our house on a Sunday, and had the property listed at noon on Monday. The first showing was that afternoon. Jayme had the house under contract on Wednesday! She was very prompt in sending us forms via email, and having us sign everything online. It was a pleasure to work with Jayme, and would definitely use her again.
