Jayma is the best! I recently took a new position in Northwest Ohio where I do not know anyone in the area. I asked my new employer and several people recommended Jayma Gobrogge as a wonderful realtor. Jayma far exceeded my expectations from initial meeting to well past closing. First and most important, Jayma took the time to listen to my journey so that we were on the same page in the hunt for a new home. Based on our initial conversation, Jayma scouted out about 70 properties in a four city area that I could explore digitally. We narrowed to 12 houses, and Jayma arranged a weekend where I could visit all 12 properties in one day. Through conversation and Jayma's research, we narrowed to three properties, and got our #1 choice under contract that weekend. Moving to a new area by yourself is a bit daunting.
