A cut above the rest

My husband and I purchased our home sight unseen. Jaylene was excellent at providing the kind of representation we needed as buyers in our situation. She was very responsive, and attentive to our questions and concerns, and continues to be as we get to know our new home. As a gift to us, we received a home warranty that covers services for one year on our appliances. We had an issue with our AC unit and were able to call and get a technician out within a few hrs and he provided excellent service, but before that Jaylene and her husband came over and helped us try to troubleshoot the problem as they live one street over from us. Jaylene goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only is she a great realtor, but has been a wonderful neighbor.
