Being a first time homebuyers it was great to have her as our agent as she felt like a family member educating us on what might not work well in a property for us vs what kind of properties might be best suited as per our requirements. We were excited yet very nervous to start our home search as a first time home buyer with many questions over various stages of the buying process. That's when we met Jaya through a referral after speaking to couple of other agents. As we started seeing homes with her, she understood our requirements , very patiently answered all our questions , giving suggestions at every single step along the way even after the closure.
