I started working with Jay Sterin (and his wife, Maryann) kind of by accident. I would not purposely have chosen an agent as far away as Jay is from me (he's in Bedford and I'm in Milton), but the distance was never a problem. Jay was willing to go anywhere to try to find me a new house. At one showing, the listing agent even said to me that he could have showed me the place without Jay being there, but that's Jay for you--he wants to be involved in all parts of the process because he wants to help you make the best decision. Jay worked so hard in this crazy market to help me find a house, and I'm so glad I found him!
