Jay Silliman with 7 Real Estate Managment was the right person to help my girlfriend and I select the right home. His knowledge of the market was exceptional, but it was huge that he also educated us on resale value and future rental value. His communication and willingness to explore MANY properties was great. He also had no problem "shooting us straight" which is what you want when you are looking to make a big life purchase. You DON'T want a real estate agent that is going to sell you to get the sale. Not to mention he is an all around "real" person and makes you feel comfortable no matter how stupid you feel your questions may be.
