Working with Jay Richardson was so great!! Because of the difficult person the co-owner is, plus my emotional status, Jay did not have an easy task dealing with us both in selling our home. I had specific needs when I went looking for a realtor. I had to find a male, smart, well spoken, patient, a real estate expert ..... I found all this and more with Jay. Being that my daughter is a realtor, I could have used her, but knowing the other party, I could not set her up for that abuse....poor Jay got it all! And handled it so professionally. He is a champion.

Incredible human being and amazing real estate agent. I'm still unbelieving first that I was blessed to find jay when I needed to sell my house, amazed he was able to get the price he did, and still incredulous that he was able to sell it in one day. Thank you God.
