Jay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process of selling my condo. This was the first time I had ever sold a home, so having someone with such a great knowledge of the real estate market in the Boston area really made me feel comfortable. On top of that, the plan for showings and listing price worked out incredibly well; there were literally dozens of offers to consider after the first weekends open house and I had an offer I accepted from that bunch. Overall, I can't think of anything Jay could have done better. I think he is truly one of the best real estate agents you could have helping you sell a property.
