Jay was incredible to work with. Very quick to respond on emails, available for phone calls, very knowledgable and provided thorough answers on any question or concern that I had during the process. With his advice and help I was able to negotiate the contract and purchase a condo under the asking price and appraised value. Even though I was a first time homebuyer, thanks to Jay I never felt confused about what the next steps are. He made sure to stay on top of everything and keep me updated along the way. My wife and I moved from New York City to Northern Virginia in late January 2016. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, the houses themselves and the overall home buying process. It was a huge comfort having him there and walking us through each and every detail.
