Jay is proactive, excellent at communication (responds quickly to texts, emails, & phone calls), very knowledgeable in the field of real estate, an awesome networker (he's the "connector" type who seems to know everybody; he had suggestions for what I could do to improve the property for listing and put me in contact with people who got the job done for a reasonable price), techy (he does video walk-throughs of the properties & has even used drones) , and takes great pictures of your property. I highly recommend him!
