About Jay

Jay was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Tacoma in 2010 after meeting his wife, Karina. They recently moved across the Narrows Bridge to Gig Harbor. Working as a licensed real estate broker full-time since 2011 has given him the opportunity to observe markets benefitting both buyers and sellers allowing him to deliver expert advice and work hard for his clients to consistently deliver results and build long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity. Jay’s knowledge of home condition (especially important with the Northwest weather) and negotiation skills help him provide his clients with key information so his clients can make the best decision for their real estate sale or purchase. Whether a client has a large real estate portfolio or is purchasing their first home, he has the ability to deliver information in a relatable way. Jay now lives in Gig Harbor with his wife, Karina, their children Madison & Ethan and their dogs, Bella & Elsa where they enjoy getting outside and enjoying everything the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.
