Jay helped us both sell our condo in Brookline while simultaneously buy our home in Sharon, MA. He did a really nice job navigating a very confusing and frustrating sale and helped us close out that chapter of our lives. He also helped us come out on top of a bidding war without breaking our budget for our new home, for which we are incredibly grateful.
