This could have been quite a challenging process, due to complex circumstances beyond his control. However, he was always professional and considerate, and he worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely attentive to any concerns, and was always willing (and able) to go above and beyond to help. Overall it was an absolute pleasure to work with Jay.
