We had a very good experience with Jay when purchasing land in Iowa County, WI. Jay was recommended to us by a 3rd party relocation company because we were looking for a rural property. We were from out of state and spent four long days with kids in tow, including several Saturdays, touring properties with Jay. We wanted a particular combination of forested and tillable land with a home or suitable to build on. Jay brought out his off-road utility vehicle allowing us to get a good look around the properties. He provided valuable insights in choosing land and land values. We came in with a list of properties in mind from our internet searches. Jay was able to explain to us why some properties may not fully fit our criteria, but also allowed us a little space to convince ourselves. His knowledge allowed us to make a sound offer and negotiate to get the land that we wanted well under list price.

I give Jay my wholehearted recommendation to anyone who is seriously looking to buy land in Southwestern Wisconsin. Not only is he an expert on properties throughout the area, but his professionalism is exceptional. I was very impressed by how promptly he would reply to any emails I sent him, and also by his very clear, line-for-line answers to my questions. It is very rare to find anyone who provides that level of customer service anymore. As it was my first time buying a property, he was very patient answering my questions and explained the process every step of the way in terms that were easy to understand. I also found him to be amiable and a pleasure to work with. He is thorough, precise, and incredibly hard-working. I would recommend him to anyone without a single reservation.

The fact of the matter is that Jay is simply excellent at what he does and is an unmitigated professional. We listed our property with Jay and within (1 - 2) days not only had multiple parties tendering interest but had an accepted offer. We closed on our property a few days ago and could not be more appreciative for the effort that Jay expended. Jay lead us through the details and process of selling our property while us being an out-of-state seller. Jay's updates, feedback, and follow-ups were excellent and expedient.
