Jay was great to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable about NWA. He was flexible and worked with our schedule. The home we purchased was a short sale and the process took a few months. During this time, Jay communicated with us on a regular basis about the status. Despite our impatience, he was always willing and able to answer any questions or concerns we had.
