We met Jay at an open house and were instantly impressed. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, but very kind and personable as well. We came to Bellingham in late summer of 2024, and Jay was one of the first “Bellinghamsters” we met, so we got a first impression of the community through Jay. He introduced us to a new development in a great neighborhood that was the first and last place we saw, so he intuitively knew what we were interested in, and took us directly there. He also invited us to a social hour with members of his team who were also very nice people. We can’t say enough good things about Jay! Seek him out! You won’t be disappointed.
