Jay is a remarkable, knowledgeable, timely and kind real estate agent. The first day I called him to set up an appointment, I mentioned a property I was interested in so he would have an idea of what I liked. He suggested we move our appointment location to THAT house. We saw it same day, and while that one was not the house for us, he educated us on what we should be looking for, how to narrow down choices, how to negotiate and write offers. While I was learning from him, he was absorbing all kinds of information from us including hobbies, careers, friends, family, pets, likes and dislikes. It took less than a month with Jay to find our home, and not only am I happy to have a house I love, I am happy to have an amazing friend like Jay!

Jay kept in touch with the seller’s realtor and helped us make a good impression and negotiate to make our offer more appealing. He was supportive every step of the way including setting us up with a great lender, and keeping in touch as we worked with the title company. Perhaps most important and memorable was just how friendly, personable, and kind Jay is as a person. We enjoyed meeting up with him and chatting, joking, and geeking out over the details of prospective homes. He made our closing date so special and went above and beyond by gifting us with personal products from local companies including treats for our elderly dog! We highly recommend working with Jay. He is knowledgeable, honest, and an overall great guy.
