Jay was our agent when we bought our home, so if you want the simplest recommendation all you need to know is that he was without hesitation our first choice when it came time for the 'next' phase of our lives and selling. Why? Starting from the beginning, with helping us from being overwhelmed by focusing on what was actually important as we prepared to sell. During the sell, he was mindful of our interest balance when selecting offers. Which went almost too fast, (if there is such a thing) meaning we were still in transit(trailer of belongings and all) when the sale went through and all of the things that arise out of that. This meant that in time sensitive matters that arose and we weren't readily available, our full confidence was in Jay to facilitate. Having someone we completely trusted, willing to take this on gave us peace of mind that is priceless during such a transition. I couldn't recommend Jay, and this thoughtful approach enough.

My wife and I planned to move the Summer of 2021. Little did we know the market we were going to be competing in. I had reached out to Jay almost a year in advance to discuss our situation. We decided it was best for us to purchase a home and have a contract in hand before putting our existing house on the market. We had looked at several houses none of which completely met our needs. Then we found a house in Fenton that was coming soon. when it was available for showing we lookedat it and immediately knew this is the one. Jay’s recommendation on how much to offer and what the verbiage in the contract should state so that our offer was the most appealing couldn’t have been more accurate. We offered 11% over asking price and felt very good about it until we received the phone call that the seller excepted a cash offer. Of course we were extremely deflated and thought maybe it’s not the best time to move because of the competitiveness in the market. Jay encouraged us to put a back up contract on the house in case something would fall through. With his knowledge of the industry we put all our faith and trust in him. A week later we received a phone call that the contract fell through and our contract was now the primary contract, we were ecstatic. On the other hand, we immediately put our house on the market. We listened to all of Jay’s advice on how to best prepare our house for the market. It was the craziest thing I had ever experienced. We had 52 scheduled appointments and over 150 people view our house that weekend. Jay and his team communicated with us the entire process and made it so smooth and stress free. At the end of the day without Jay Representing us we would’ve never found our dream home. Jay is extremely professional and I would recommend his services to anyone
