We had recently bought a house thru Jay Becker. Ours was one of the tough Escrows as the seller party was least cooperative and had extremely difficult selling agent. Here is where Jay's vast experience in handling different kinds of Transaction came into play. Jay handled this extremely difficult selling agent in whatever best possible way he could. In many cases he went above and beyond that buyer's i.e. mine interests are taken care of.... nOur was competitive situation where we came across multiple offers. Jay's wisdom in tackling a tough Seller Agent along with thought process in terms of how to win a multiple offer situation proved to be boon for us. It was due to Jay's sharp mind and situation awareness that we were able to have our offer selected amongst multiple offers In our situation Seller wished to continue staying in the house for a month or so after close of Escrow.
