Jay helped the reviewer buy this property

A caring, reliable agent who puts clients first and goes above and beyond!

I cannot say enough good things about Jay Barrett. Selling a home after living in it for 28 years is an emotional experience, and making the decision to leave a place filled with so many memories can be overwhelming and stressful. There was a lot of anxiety surrounding the move, but this agent made the entire process so much easier. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. In just one month, he negotiated and secured a cash deal, got exactly what the I wanted for my home and made the transition happen smoothly. But what really sets Jay apart is that his job doesn’t stop when the deal was done. He made sure the I had contacts for any repairs or services needed, helped coordinate getting trees cut, anything I needed installed, and taken care of, and made sure no detail was overlooked. It was truly a complete job from beginning to end. He didn’t just sell a house; he took care of a person during a major life transition. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares, works hard, follows through, and goes above and beyond what is expected, I highly recommend him. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and turned what could have been a difficult experience into a great one. That’s the kind of service you don’t forget!
