Jay helped the reviewer buy this property

Jay was top notch!

We had a wonderful experience choosing a house with Jay. His expertise of our market and availability to answer any question was fantastic. He immediately made us feel comfortable and is a wealth of knowledge for prospective renovations. He was extreme helpful through the entire process from our first walkthrough to even after we closed. Jay helped us negotiate an offer we felt comfortable with and continued to negotiate for us after our inspection. Jay never made us feel pressured and seemed to always want us to find something that we were happy with. We would use Jay again in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend him enough.
